List 10 things you want to accomplish by the time you're: How close are you to accomplishing any of the items you listed? To start down the road to completing your goals, sign up for a complimentary coaching session [here] to see how you can reach them sooner rather than later!
What exactly is coaching, and how does the process work? A coach will provide support, structure and momentum to help you realize your full potential. You may be looking to make major changes in one or more aspects of your life or you may want to "tweak" a minor area. Once a game plan is set, a coach will hold the client accountable. Primary areas of focus are: Work/Life Balance, Career Development, Career Transition and Life Coaching.
Free ½ hour complimentary sessions are available. This allows you to see if coaching is really for you and it will help you to determine if our styles are either in sync or compliment each other. If you decide to contract my services, we would initially conduct a one - one ½ hour session (in person or by phone) exploring your situation and determining the objectives you want to achieve through coaching. We would then meet by phone for 30-45 minutes, three times a month, for three months. At that point you would then decide how long you want to continue the relationship. Fees average $100 to $150 per hour. Group
coaching is also available. Typically a group consists of seven to
eight people with a similar goal. These sessions are also conducted over
the phone and may be contracted for a minimum of three months. |
