Had arthroscopic surgery and open surgery to repair rotator cuff tear and calcific tendonitis. Wore a sling for 4 weeks then developed “frozen shoulder”.

After 4 months in physical therapy and not being fully recovered, I was ready to try alternative methods. Jo Anne recommended that I see her for reflexology. I was a little hesitant at first because I didn’t know what this was but I was ready to try anything and took her advice. So far, I have had 3 sessions with Jo Anne and notice that my flexibility has improved and my range of motion is continuing to get better. She has made a believer out of me!

4 years ago was diagnosed with a very large tumor in my leg that wrapped around my sciatica. I had surgery, then radiation for 7 weeks. End result was chronic pain that radiated through my calf and into my foot. Presently on Lyrica, a drug for neuropathy that helps but does not relieve the pain completely. After one session it was amazing to be completely pain free for a whole week. What a relief for the mind and body.

I deal with patellar tendonitis related to growth issues. During my basketball season with all of the stress due to running and jumping I found that at times my knees would bother me more than others. One of these times was during the semifinals of the MHSAA Class A basketball championship game. Mrs. Fro noticed that I was struggling when I was running. My Mom took me that evening for a reflexology treatment and my knees felt great for the championship game the next day.
